Food is alright but the portions are too small and not alot of options, they have the menu up but when you order it's not available. The service crew needs more training, from the order taking to helping customers find their seats and cleaning the tables. The atmosphere is not customer friendly. When the customer asks for help the crew's are unhelpful and their faces frown. No initiative from the crew to help too. They ask the customers in what to do instead of them looking for a way for the customer.

I celebrated my nephews bday here because he love jolibee chicken joy.i am so disappointed with the chicken, ang liit..di gaya ng ibang branch.. parang part of the back of the chicken pa ata yun.. i will never dine here again
