A fast food resto with no available ice for drinks. seriously?😒 . and somebody is fixing something on the ceiling very near someone's table. where's the food service etiquette in there? was that really the new standard of jolibee? 😥

It's not the first time I was served with a horrible french fries or reheated chicken by this branch but it's time to call their attention. My baby did not even touch her supposed fave fries and I could not even share it to street children as it may cause harm to them. Most staff especially in the cashier or food prep area are not smiling at all and not approachable. They ignore customers even seniors accdg to their taste. May pagkaracist din po sila sa mga Muslims. Anyways the location is at the center of Quiapo near some affordable hotels and just across the church.

Not enough space for customers considering it is in a crowded place (Quiapo). Not enough staff to accommodate customers We have to wait for 30 mins for the finished plate (in the picture) to be cleaned up Comfort rooms (in the picture) are locked Bad system for food ordering, have to wait for the name to be called for 30 mins average, no buzzer or no number issued to the customers (unlike those other good jollibee branch) It such a bad Jollibee branch smh
