Always gonna be choosing JOLLIBEE!!!!! may it be for special occasions or normal days - when we crave for that juicylicious Chicken Joy 🤤 And when we order chicken joy, make sure to partner it with Jolly spaghetti and sundae 💯 Great option for anybody with different age group at any day 👌 Not to mention, they are always ready for food delivery via grab or food panda. Cold food was served. Rice and fries were cold that my partner was not able to finish the meal. Long wait due to negligence in processing orders. crew member asked if we can wait 15 minutes for the burger, we said yes. We waited around 30 minutes just to find out one of our orders were not yet being prepared so we waited another half hour. Out of order comfort rooms and second floor is not accessible. They provided pagers but they were not able to use them since customers were always asking to follow up on their orders. Some staffs were not in uniform. Air-conditioning systems are not funct…

Staff were rude, place and tables were sticky. Very slow service. Food easily got cold. Could say this is the worst branch of Jollibee.

Recently had a renovation, tables were painted but it looks poorly done. Wash area is useless, barely able to wash your hand and most of the time out of order. Aircon conditioning is not working on 2nd floor. Also not available on Grab Pick-up 🙄
