I found this to be an above average Jollibee. They give you a beeper, so you don't have to stand there, twiddling your thumbs while you wait. Since it's inside a resort, they have a very large comfortable seating area as well to take your time and not feel rushed because someone is hovering around waiting for you to get up!

It is our very first Jollibee ever and first meal in Philippines. It is quite interesting the spaghetti has kind of a sweet taste to it and also “hotdogs” on top. The fried chickens were a little dry though but everything else food wise was really nice. Service is a bit low on the rating because we felt the food took forever and they seemed like the only started grabbing our food off the prepared tray after we asked why the food took so long, also the staffs were a little overwhelmed and felt like they had no time to come wipe the table from the previous customers. They try to scam me ... I m pay for super meal they not give me the drink and the dessert and they say cannot have ice cream machine broke drink finish but still pay for it I call it me a scamm becarefull soo l m must ask for refund ..... Pity practice

ordered take out, good service at the cashier area. But the PROBLEM is MICH :) I asked nicely “Can I have ketchup please.” take note.. May please pa yan. She just glared at me, took the ketchup, placed it on my takeout bag, and guess what? Binalibag niya lang naman yung tray sa counter. And no it was no accident.. it was 10pm, yes. She’s tired. But I was too polite with my tone and approach since I value crew/workers from fastfood so much and I don’t deserve that kind of treatment.
