The line you see in the picture remained this almost exact way for over 30 minutes. It was as if they'd run out of food. Very disorganized staff that evening. 45 minutes to get our food. Ugh.

This is a nice place to meet friends. The store doesn't have a drive thru but there is convenient parking outside the mall. The line is long but the food is always delish. My kids love jollibee and its food. Taste is just right. We love the chicken and champ.
