We're having dine in yesterday at Jollibee puregold pritil yesterday...but the service is too poor, we are calling the crew how many times to clean the left over and dishis in the table but they only watch us until I came to the counter to tell them to please clean the table and oh my god there's nothing listening even manager... service is too poor..staff are has not pleasing personality unlike to the other Jollibee brack like welcome rotonda, Jollibee muñoz and others

I recently visited this Jollibee-Puregold Tayuman Branch and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. I ordered a C3 meal and a regular yum burger, but ended up waiting for a whopping 45 minutes just to receive my order. To make matters worse, there weren't many customers in the restaurant at the time, so I couldn't understand why my food was taking so long. What's more frustrating is that some of the new customers who arrived later than me, as well as the Grab and Food Panda food delivery guys, were able to get their orders before mine. VERY UNAPPROACHABLE CREW!!! I ASKED FOR A THIGH AND A LARGER PIECE, BUT THEY GAVE ME A LEG AND A SUPER SMALL PIECE THAT LOOKS LIKE YOU CAN BUY FROM OUTSIDE OR (KALSADA). Very poor customer service...item displayed are called differently when you place an order...just like this morning when I ordered. A bucket of chicken the ads shows as a family super meals with a bucket of 6 or 8 chicken with rice drinks and sundae...but when I ordered for the "family supermeal" the cashier told me that it's a bucket meal....well obviously I knew how to read...if it's a bucket meal I should've asked it as " bucket meal" and when you enter the area the thermal scanner is not working...no place to sign up for contact tracing...it is already being implemented during this season…
