Worst Jollibee branch I've been to. The manager and crew flat out ignored me multiple times when I was asking for a follow-up on my order. None of the crew knew how to address my concern to why they can't give me a simple wait time for my food, they either avoid interacting or just ignore you straight up. Apparently they lost my order, they casually served other customers until I was the only one left at the claiming counter, the buzzer they gave me was already buzzing yet still no food is to be claimed. Tonight, October 28, 2023, me and my friend experienced the MOST AWFUL Jollibee Service ever. Our order was wronged, we tried to had it fixed but we end up sharing the rice because no crew assisted when my friend tried to order another meal and it's not even that busy because it's almost close time. We ate here with my friends, it was 8pm or so, and there was this one crew that keeps making noises while cleaning. Hope they will reprimand this kind of service. Also, we keep on waiting for our order yun pala they forgot it. Nice
