Jollibee Shell Edsa Balintawak

I'm a bit biased, but Jollibee has been my all time. The staff, though, was not as attentive as expected. We had to blow the horn twice at their drive-thru to get someone to take our order.

The manager is so presentable and approachable. The crews too are cheerful and of course, let's not forget the first person we see once we enter the premises, the security guard. Kuya guard is approachable and has a happy face 😊

Inconsistent standards. At times, they ask the customer to use the kiosk or ordering panel. Other times, they allow customers to just walk up to the counter and order. They should be consistent to avoid confusion and cutting into lines. Staff are un-attentive to customers' needs. Waited a good 7 minutes in front of the counter just to ask for a glass of water.

Ordered a cheesy yumburger via drive thru but only got a yumburger :(

Drive-thru staff forgot to put one of our order (1 Jumbo Fries).

Please double check the orders before giving it to the customers.
