The quality of the food is okay, although the silverware isnt technically silverware. We ate inna to go box even tho we're din in. We ordered a fam pan spaghetti, the box was caracked and deformed

Notify your customers if waiting time would be longer than usual.. needed to follow up my coffee and burger after noticing that customers who came after me was served .. coffee was served without sleeves and stirrer even. cover was not properly sealed... tsk tsk.. and for the staff.. that's 15 mins waiting not 10 minutes without prior notice.. there's nothing's wrong in admitting fault.. be courteous..

The Jollibee branch along Del Monte, across from Sienna School, was my worst experience. I waited for 50 minutes for my order, and even though the queue was short, people were getting visibly frustrated. If you plan to visit this location, ensure you have plenty of extra time and patience.

Dirty place. Cashier told us that chickenjoy will take at least 20mins. We asked if burgersteak is available, she said yes. So we ordered burgersteak. After 30 mins still no food. Other people are also waiting for their orders. Was standing in front of counter no staff even asked me anything. Should change to SLOW FOOD. Manager should be fired
