August 24,2024, We celebrated our daughter's 1st Birthday here in Jollibee Mahogany. And we are delighted by the service, energy, ambiance and the crew joined our daughter's special day. The food was great as always. Served hot even though we started late. The staff who handled our party was awesome. And of course Jollibee made our daughter's birthday so happy. Thank you Jollibee Mahogany for making our daughter's 1st birthday memorable 🥰

This newly opened Jollibee has poor-quality food. Even their chicken doesn't meet the standard of Jollibee's quality; it seems they're rushing things but overlooking the quality of their food. I'm not sure if they removed the dressing of the cheesy bacon burger or simply forgot to include it.
We 18 items, included in there are 4 spaghetti and iced latte. We drove thru to place our orders. After paying we were ask to wait at the parking area, it took so long for them to complete our orders specially the iced mocha. Then, once we distributed our food we noticed that 1 spaghetti is missing. Then the iced mocha is not iced instead is warm. We are really disappointed with this branch.
Ordered pancake sandwich but instead they gave me yum burger. And when I have my pancake sandwich, clearly the egg shell was on it.
