I order from food panda a burger with fries and drink and I upgraded my drink into a cafe latte large but the food panda rider delivered is ice cafe latte small so and I was calling A store to concern they did not picking up the phone hayyyttt pls check the item before ibigay sa rider jollibee crossing Mendez Tagaytay

There is no WIFI available, in a touristic place is a MUST HAVE 😡😡😡 The place has air-conditioned only in the ground FLOOR (always full, impossible to find a seat place), it is over and over crowed, I order a coke but was not available and the tea I order was not so cold as I like. The Yamburger was very nice, I didn't expect it and I can advice to take it. The seat are very old and often broken, I think they need to change the forniture. Amazing the view of Taal lake and Vulcano.

Chaos at the counter. One line took forever thile another sails smooth. They offer happyplus card that took them 10minutes to discover how to use. They need improvement in customer dine-in experience. Better to just drive-thru.

Jollibee crews and their service at Mendez Junction branch are very disappointing. They don't know how to satisfy their customers well. I ordered a leg part chicken for takeout original flavor only I said but what was given to me is a spicy wing part wherein I don't really eat spicy chicken. I just forced myself to eat it because I was very hungry at all! But I and my family always have a bad experience at this branch. No choice,it is the only nearest branch. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH ! ! ! VERY POOR SERVICE.
