This branch is really clean and employees are approachable and polite. However, the quality of the food is not as good as the other branches - specifically the rice. 2nd floor is still closed so this will be full on peak hours.

I regret ordering.. it took an hour and a half for my order to arrive! You could say: The crew's communication was really poor..they weren't even apologetic. After an hour and a half, I swear our hunger was gone.

We ordered an 8-piece bucket of chicken but they gave us 6 pieces. We just noticed when we got home since we trusted our order will be correct since we only asked for one thing from the menu. I'll be honest, the services is good why? Cuz I waited for damn hours. It's just that I didn't pick up on time and they cancelled my food and when I got there they already eat it. the worst part, it's already damn payed on gcash ( RIP 400) they didn't give me any refund at all.

05312024 1100H arrived at Jollibee Talipapa, informed the guard on duty that im with eleven more kids arriving, asked if we could dine on the second floor but she replied that it was not available and the ac was not working.
