best jollibee I've been. the KitKat sundae was amazing...the burger was full of sauce...the spaghetti tasted so good. the icecream was super creamy too. the bathroom was clean. the staff was friendly. the place was super clean. we got out order quick.
Such a poorly managed store. So many staff standing around and.yet each time you come hwrethye get the order wrong. Serve you barely warm.or cold food, which is served and unhygenice unsafe low temperatures. The restaurant isbdirty and tables with left over food lying around. Management and staff are too busy mucking around and not doing their jobs and they have no quality control. Each time you tell.them.of a problem they forget you have to chase them up again and again. Food: Food tasted okay. Same-old jollibee taste. Had to wait for a long time for food to arrive, though. Service: Staff were very grumpy. They misheard my statement that I was getting the food to go and kept sighing and rolling their eyes when they had to transfer the food into take-out containers. Atmosphere: Came at about 4 AM so the restaurant was packed with teens getting their hangover food but I didn't understand why half the restaurant was cordoned. There weren't enough seats but they still chose to close of half of the tables for whatever reason.
my order is 1 aloha champ & 1 jolly hotdog, when the rider came it still not done yet its almost 30min, so he follow up the ordee again and it took 30min. again, he follow up again and they said the champ is hard to make.
Order a food with 1pc Chicken and creamy soup yet the rice was missing.they should have checked the order before handling it over to food panda this is extremely NOT RECOMMENDABLE!! I was sick,fever with headache so ordering food is supposed to me my convenience, as I cannot go out to buy food.. yet this gives me More inconvenience
