There’s only few staff who assist customers. The manager would rather chitchat with the crew instead of taking your order. No apologies. No advisory that the crew is just assembling the first order. They let you stand there like an idiot for minutes. They don’t have white meat, no ketchup, provided ONE piece of tissue for a meal. The fries were soaked in oil. The staff were so lousy. They all care about is chitchatting with each other and pretending that you are not standing in front of them.

If you do have a nearby Jollibee branch in mind, kindly go there instead. Whenever I am checked it in Hop Inn Ortigas this is the closest and would dine or take out fromnhere. And for 4 years they have not improved at all. Still unsatisfactory customer service. Items notbal2ays available like the breakfast meal (Tapa and Hotdog breakfast). Their store manager is unreliably unable to guide his crew/staff. You would hear him reprimanding his staff in front of customers. As a result, you would seldom see the whole staff greeting, smiling and being pleasant to customers. Wake up people!

Worst Jolibee store in the whole of Pasig. Managers are incompetent, workers don't care, they move so slow. I love ordering the mix n' match, seeing them so pissed while I order it.

Very SLOW and POOR service, food is almost always out of stock. This branch better get fixed.

I realized I don't want to order in this branch anymore. They are too slow. You need to have a lot of patience. I think they need more manpower. I can see that there are only few crews and they don't have a sense of urgency. I often go there before cause I love Jollibee but there's always one order missing. Of course it's also my fault, I didn't check it but to think it happens all the time, it's also their crew's fault. Their service is too slow too. And it's always unavailable to so some products they do display. Anyway, they need strong leadership and more manpower to operate well.
