I don’t really know what’s happening with Jollibee but their food is so disappointing nowadays. I mean 200+ meal for spicy chicken with macaroni soup and coke float. Seriously? What happened to your chicken? It’s so sad. The taste is still good but for the price, this size is heart breaking.

this is the jollibee branch I went into that always ran out of chicken, the store itself is dark/dimmed I don’t know why cuz it should be bright, feels like they’re experiencing some depression there. Crews are not friendly, always frowning at the counter. It’s not giving friendly attitude. Chicken is sooo small and not that crispy, and when you order through their kiosk machine, you NEED to memorize your number like they’re giving you an exam at the counter lol. Overall not recommended.

This food place does not deserve any rating at all. I'm not the type of person who would give review but for this, is by far the worst ever. Waited for an hour +..as I typed this I yet to receive my food and ontop of that we had to check on the counter and ask for the order knowing that our order was being skipped! Worst service! I don't recommend it here only unless you want to waste your time here. Now how am I going to eat? Waited until its closed here and yet to receive my skipped order! POOR VENTILATION & SERVICE. This Jollibee at McKinley Venice, second floor, has so many employees, but there's only one lane for customers, and this situation has been going on for two months. manager on duty as a cashier, and unacceptable customer service, he’s like a robot, without pleasing personality, the worst Jollibee branch in grand canal, they dont have small fries so we need to upgrade the fries to large??? really manager on duty? i will not recommend this to my other colleagues, bad experience
