Hi I'm Annie I love Jollibee I've been eating Jollibee A While Now also I come at Vista mall anytime if I'm bored or I want to gala. Jollibee is one my least favorite food restaurants now. Since The Chicken Is so small also the gravy is so little and the rice is so soft. Also the fries ang kaunti lang.

They said regular chicken is out of stock so we opted to spicy chicken. But few minutes later, we saw that they are serving regular chicken again. Aside from the fact that the chicken is small. Also, I requested for a service water but the personnel just looked at me. I had to repeat it twice for them to give me service water. Terrible. I think they just want to get the job done that they set aside good customer service.

I only ordered Yumburger and Fries and bro it took them almost 20 minutes to give the order. I said dine in but they made it for take out and they didn't even give a catsup. Really bad experience, it's not even peak time
