I came here because I saw a show that ranked JT's as having the best chicken inasal. The place has a carinderia feel, with a little class, but it is definitely more expensive than the ubiquitous Filipino eatery. The chairs are plastic, and the plates are melamine, and the walls are decorated with Joel Torre's movies. Best inasal in Manila! Chicken is flavorful and juicy, cooked just right. Tip: Order the baticulon and have it cooked well done for extra crispiness and flavor.

Ordered inasal, chicken tail, pork sisig and the batchoy soup. Inasal was ok. Had better imho. Sisig was ok in the sense that it is not there main dish but did ok. But the batchoy soup was superb for me. Worth the extra cost.

had high expectations bcs of the hype sa tiktok pero i was disappointed. the chicken was so small and it was dry af. idk baka panget lang talaga pagkakaluto sa orders namin, much better pa sa mang inasal imo. tho i can really taste the tanglad/ ginger which is key aspect of bacolod inasal. js wished it was more juicy.

Inasal was tasty but small and undercooked. Raised this concern and the service replaced my rice and recooked the chicken further. Unfortunately, the skin got burnt and the meat inside was still undercooked. Blood and red meat can still be seen. 😔 Atsara and kaldo had small servings din. Ambiance was okay. Comfort room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Really disappointed lang talaga with the food, not worth it for its price. I hope they improve their food quality.
