Next time prior to punch in the ordered food ask and clarify. your system doesn't have an option to remove it from the list in which it gives the customer no choice but to pay that item. Food is great but customer service is not good.

I ordered beef tapa and it was overcooked. The meat was difficult to chew cause it was literally hard. Parang sunog. Regarding the taste it was very lemony, parang they marinated it with lemon for a very long time, i could hardly taste any beef flavor in that dish. Disappointed. Also, customer service is terrible and ang init inside even though i went around 9pm na. Please invest in better ventilation and hire a better cook

The bacon was chewy. And this chorizo can't even be eaten. The rice on the menu I clicked was garlic rice, and I received plain rice.

Can't search the silogstation at Arlington Pond St...So here's my experience, I ordered spicy noodles & siomai meal plus plain rice but it take sooo long for almost 30 mns. How come that noodles & siomai will be cater at 30mns. to be served.. if I didn't follow up my order to the cashier maybe it takes 1hr. Maybe I loss my temper also don't know what to say..,Customer service is not good for me.. Then, when the food was already served to my surprise,the food was not worth it nor not satisfied, the egg doesn't standard to be served... If I we're you, I suggest you need to improve your cooking …
