"What a gem of a cafe! I stumbled upon this place by chance and I'm so glad I did. The coffee is outstanding, some of the best I've ever had. The pastries are made in-house and are absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, with plenty of seating options. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home. I can't recommend this place enough!"

I regret to say that my experience at K20 Cafe was highly disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and unaccommodating, lacking proper attire. The quality of beverages fell far below expectations, and several items listed on the menu were unavailable. Furthermore, encountering a cockroach in the cafe was a deeply unsettling experience. Overall, I cannot recommend K20 Cafe based on my visit.

Disappointing Experience at K20 Cafe Malate Manila I recently visited K20 Cafe, and I must say it was quite a letdown. The service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. The food took ages to arrived. No smiles, no warmth—just a stark reminder that customer service matters. The frappe was equally disappointing. There are no ice and no whip cream. The other customers requested a certain dish in the menu and it is not available even though they just opened their cafe. It's hard to enjoy a cup of coffee when your taste buds are cringing.
