My friends and I decided to check out new dining place in Cebu an we stumbled unto this very cutesy place. From the looks of the restaurant, I like how the ambiance is well thought out. Service staffs are very accommodating and made sure to explain what the menu is about and their food??? It was top tier, compliments to the chef as we really enjoyed everything that we ordered especially the bicol express, it literally melts in your mouth also their KFC - Kaayoo Fried Chicken was so good I mean everything is flavorful and is served in big portions like around 2-3 people for each serving. We went to Kaayoo for our family dinner during their dry run (pre opening day). It was a delightful experience as the setting was really intimate. I love the ambience and the food. Overall, it's 10/10 experience.
I had a great experience at Kaayoo. The food was delicious, especially the kare-kare, sisig, and their chicken with gravy (the gravy was a favorite, haha). However, I felt the portions were a bit small for the price. For instance, the kare-kare only had about five small pieces of pork, which was a bit disappointing. I don't know, but there are other high-end restaurants with a similar price range usually offer larger portions, so it still feels worth it. This was the main reason I couldn't give a full 5-star rating. The service, though, was top-notch. All of our orders were served within 5-…
I am happy that a nice Filipino restaurant has opened near our subdivision. I love the vibe and architecture of Kaayoo but their food is the stand out. For soup, I enjoyed their Bulcachong. It is like a combination of Pochero and Balbacua (both are favorites)s. We had chicken skin and kwek kwek for starters. Their fried chicken is awesome and it is called KFC short Kaayoo fried chicken. Another interesting dish was the adobong itik. I also love their version of crispy kare-kare. To cap our meal was a very delicious chocolate cake. Definitely, this is a good place to try for some amazi…
I had a great first dining experience at Kaayo Resto with my best friends. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance was calm and inviting (instagrammable) While I was disappointed that the adobong "itik" (best seller) wasn't available, the Krispy Pata was amazing—tender meat, crispy skin, and delicious flavor. The "Bulkachong" was another standout with its unique taste. Their "bihon" was decent, sisig was yummy but slightly burned, likely due to the hot skillet. Dessert was a highlight, with the chocolate cake and vanilla scoop being my favorite. 😍Overall, a wonderful meal,…
