The perfect place for merienda. I found all my favourite food that I miss so much having lived o'seas for decades. A good cozy feeling of being home in the company of beautiful lifelong Cebuana friends. I highly recommend it. It is a buffet of most love Filipino delicacies. Service is first class! I love ❤️ the ambience of place.

One of the best places to have local delicacies. Their merienda buffet is one of the best in the city. Their a La Carte Menu is filled with delicious heritage dishes cooked as authentic as possible. This is a local Food hot spot.

I have personally witnessed the transformation of this place. Kabilin used to be a small lounge area for guests who were waiting to check-in to the hotel. Then the small lounge space was then converted into a beautifully-designed classic. They call it the "First Heritage Home in a Hotel". Kabilin (Heritage Lounge) is actually known for its afternoon snack buffet (locally termed as merienda). It is now offering Cebuano (and Filipino) favorites in a newly revamped Ala Carte menu. A place perfect for family gatherings and private meetings! Every corner is also great for pictorials!

Update: Came here on a weekday. They are own 2pm-6pm. Service and selection of food is great. Just an fyi I came here on a Saturday because google said it’s open.. only to come here and be told they don’t open weekends. This is just for anyone that’s wanting to come here on a weekend as there’s no info online about time or price. I would recommend this place for filipino food
