Kainan Augusto has been an unassuming place at East Capitol Drive. They offer cafeteria style home cooked Filipino food that would just hit the spot. They offer budget friendly menu complete with ulam, rice, pancit and sabaw. It was a complete meal and felt so satisfied and full right afterwards. Overall, it was a great dining experience aside from the large rat we saw running as we were just about to leave the establishment. Food was good

Like a carenderia but a few notches up. Interior reminds me of a rudimentary Cafe Juanita. Dinuguan tastes so good; the rest are okay. A bit pricey for the carenderia vibe.

Very small serving, like it's just for a kiddie meal. The eatery has a nice interior but the food is not very impressive. It tastes okay, but just average yet a bit pricey and the serving size is small.
