Easy to navigate, the owners and their staff are friendly and courteous. Walking distance to government offices like NHA.. I hope they can improve the secure bike parking and motorcycle parking.

Kainan sa Mayaman is a carinderia in Mayaman St. near the border strip to Maginhawa St. The foods available on the shelves are home- cooked food. They have a meat Pares section, right in the garage. Those ordering a bilao-size Miki-Bihon or Canton Pansit, or a biko (sweet-glutinous sticky rice) items may order in advance. The washing area and utensils are available. The ambience is just satisfactory and may not look appealing. The dine-in area is situated like the terrace in the residential area. Kainan sa Mayaman ("Eatery at the Mayaman") is also a mix of a sari-sari store.
