Im not sure but it seems the quality is a little off than their torres branch. But if you want a ramen quick fix in buhangin area, this is the closest to japan you can get to. The food choices is similar but i feel like they have lesser options than their torres branch. Or maybe it is just my imagination. Service is average and they should probably play japanese pop music to elevate the ambiance. The place is spacious and near the entrance so you can see outside from the glass wall which is good.
I've tasted authentic japanese ramen maybe thats why the ramen was just okay for me. The duterte roll is delicious, but overall pricey.
Must be a slow day, because most of the staffs are just talking or joking among themselves. They can get rowdy and loud too. A little of being mindful to the dining guests would be much appreciated. Funny, but nobody welcomed my arrival. All of them have their backs on me at the main door. I was even the one who picked up a menu for myself. Somebody should be assigned to keep an eye to the service tea too. Until I mentioned it, everyone seemed to forgot so they have to rush to brew a fresh one. It's supposed to be offered as a welcome, but finally arrived at my table when I'm halfway through…
