Kalipay in Siargao is an absolute gem, and the standout reason is the incredible staff. From the front desk team to housekeeping, everyone was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The front desk staff helped us arrange everything from restaurant suggestions, massages, surfboard rentals, and even a local surf guide to help us navigate the reefs and line up. While in beautiful Siargao we spend 4 nights in Resort Kalipay just on tourist road close to all the attractions but just far enough to enjoy quit nights. The resort is very affordable clean and offers spacious rooms with balcony and a beautifully set tropical garden with a romantic swimming pool. I especially want to thank Jenn, Debbie and Lilit for their high standard of hospitillity and service. We will deffenitely be back and recomment Kalipay to our friends. Tommy and Edna

Great place to stay, away from the traffic noise, very clean and high standard rooms. Staff is very caring and helpful. They didn’t have a cot for toddler but handled it very nicely, so no complaints. Lovely pool and the restaurant serves tasty food. Great value for money.

Recently stayed at Kalipay for the third time. Each stay has been wonderful. The location is fantastic, internet is super fast Starlink 📡 wifi, rooms are immaculately clean, power is backed up by a generator, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

We stayed at kalipay for 4 nights. It’s not an easy review to write but I feel compelled to share some honest feedback. I premise the review by saying there are a lot of positives in this resort. The main one (and the reason they get 2 stars not 1 star) is the staff are very friendly and accomodating and genuinely try to make the stay comfortable from the front desk to the security guard, they are great. Sadly, though there are several areas of improvement. Noting we paid $646aud for the 4 nights. 1. The bed. It would be more comfortable sleeping on a slab of concrete. The first night we aske…
