First of all when you arrive, you’re kindly requested to take your shoes off and places in a locker - my guess is that it’s a heritage home. You almost feel more connected to earth with the shoes off. Walking in it feels almost like a maze for us coming in the first time. We were led to our seats by the server, and ordered the dishes. We were absolutely floored with the unique taste and freshness of each dish. Our favourite was the Sinigang and Seafood Sisig. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever tried in my life. Service was also top notch, and the decor was a whole experience by itself!…
I am thankful to our tour guide for suggesting KaLui’s. The place was huge and is filipino-themed. It feels homey and has cozy vibes surrounded by beautiful art works and traditional decorative lightings. Their menu was simple and I am lost for words on how to describe the foods, except that it was superb! Don’t miss the sisig!!! Service was great. Our server was very attentive and you need to ask nothing as he is looking for whatever you need and is giving it voluntarily. Thank you. This is one place I would go back to, whenever I’m in Palawan.
Excellent service, food, and price as well. Their signage is not that visible, though.Barefooted but the floor is perfectly clean.I also love their restrooms, It is spacious with lounges and ac.Drinks are good as well.
A must visit restaurant if you visit Palawan. Ensure you get a reservation to be safe. We loved the design and aesthetic of the restaurant. It’s along the lines of a classic Filipino home. It has wooden flooring and visitors are expected to leave footwear at the entrance. The staff are polite and quick. The restaurant itself is massive and I recommend you walk around to appreciate how beautiful it is. The food was also pretty good. They serve large portions, which was unfortunate because we wanted to try more dishes. The wait time was minimal and we quickly ate our mixed seafood catch, tun…
The restaurant itself is crazy beautiful. Probably one of the prettiest restaurants I’ve been to. You have to take off your shoes to enter, and the atmosphere is very homey. The service is quick and very attentive. No complaints at all. With regards to the food I have mixed feelings. We had the seafood “catch of the day” combo. The tuna steak and eggplant tempura were really tasty and worth every bite. The broth was really good too, as well as the coconut flan dessert. On the other hand, the brown rice was very dry and hard to eat. We asked for some sauce which never arrived. The sweet pota…
