So happy I tried this place. I've been on the haunt of the best ramen place in Bacolod and I have tried most of them around the city. I can say that this one did not disappoint. Food - really good! Their shrimp tempura 🍤 was 10/10!! the dipping sauce made it better. Ramen was great as well, really nice broth, noodles is thin (personally i prefer thick noodles but it was okay), and toppings was fine - sometimes i expect more bok choy, but that's just me😅. Ramen was good, authentic Japanese! Also liked the Gyodon. Location is accessible though there's no parking area. Price is reasonable. They have limites tables but their staff was attentive so they immediately cleaned up whenever a group leaves.

The serving of food is very very very slow. We arrived 11:45 AM and food was served around 12:40 PM. We only ordered 2 ramen. The noodles of the ramen is like bought from public markets. Tastes kinda good tho. But still don’t recommend.

Please improve the service, the food is good but the problem is in your serving time. It took 1:30 minutes for our food to arrive. The server didn't know which table to serve. Our food is served at different tables. I suggest that you use numbers each order to avoid such dilemmas.

The food is good, but the serving time is bad, really bad. It took our food to arrive about 1 hour and they were serving the food one by one but they didn’t serve all the food in one time. They kept going back and forth for the food and not knowing which table to serve it. The manager was a little rude and was raising her voice to my mom because we were looking for parking and she kept calling our number but we were still finding parking. Parking was also bad, we can’t find anywhere else to park so we parked somewhere near. I suggest you not to go if you don’t have time to wait.
