One of the best Pares I've tried. And they have a Pares flakes which is not available on their branch in Maginhawa QC. Though it is the usual kanto pares that lacks tables and chairs, so if you want to dine in, you might want to go very late at night.
We ordered a lot for us to try, but our focus is their bone marrow, and look? how they prepared the bone marrow? It’s really luscious ..🥹 and regards to their workers are so hospitable.Kudos 🙏
Best Pares in Metro Manila! 😋 Bagnet is always crispy, eggs fresh and Pares is consistently good! Bone Marrow is tondie for 😋😋😋
One of several small food stalls offering pares. I ordered the bagnet. It was not cheap comparing to other stalls. The bagnet was sliced thin and was fried crisp. The place had bar stools placed under a long table. There are limited seats inside and outside. The place is open 24 hours. My bagnet needed a bit more salt.
Dined in and ordered Kare-Kare and Porkchop, those were okay and tolerable for the price. Porkchop was a bit burnt and on the salty side. I also ordered Sisig "Family" for take-out. This is not recommended as it really is not for families. I will let you be the judge based on the photos shared here. Definitely NOT worth ot for 400+. They included a lot of soup, actually, maybe I was paying more for the soup? Again, DO NOT order the Family Sisig unless you are a family of ONE.
