Love the food. They serve american style breakfasts as well as filipino style. I ot the LoLo's big breakfast which was really filling. The hot chocolate was very heartwarming and has just the right bitterness and sweetness.

Kapeng Mainit is a hidden gem that feels like home. The ambiance is cozy, welcoming, and not crowded, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We tried the Aloha and Tapa 2.0, and both were absolutely delicious. The Tsoknut hot choco was a real treat, bringing back memories of my grandma’s hot chocolate during Noche Buena. It had that rich, nostalgic taste that’s hard to find elsewhere. Overall, a great experience. 😊

This café is truly a hidden gem! I love how quaint it is. The café's main area is located a floor lower than the entrance, which makes it a bit unassuming. The last time we visited was before the pandemic, and they had a lot of customers. While it seems like they may have lost some of their buzz due to the pandemic times, this café remains one of my favorites. Their calamansi cookies are absolutely scrumptious and are my go-to snack. came here at around 10am on a weekday, was not very busy. ambience was really homey and the place was decorated with vintage pieces to add to the feels. had a pretty small kitchen with one or two people (one of which was our server as well!) and it felt like a home cooked meal. the portions were generous and the food was delicious! we ordered the french toast, daing na bangus, pork adoboc arroz caldo and classic beignets. would recommend all of them, including the kapeng barako and hot chocolate. i would come back if i go to batangas again!

Ordered Aloha and Tapa 2.0 for brunch. Didn't expect that the food would exceed my expectations for its affordable price. The portion per plate is good for 2 so we each divided it into half and swapped hahah - we got the best of both dishes! Big tapa cuts, tender, and flavorful as well as the spam and bacon which was perfectly cooked. The pizza was perfect! Not too thick, not too thin, it is crisp and the honey syrup blended well. The server was kind and helpful too which complimented the calm and positive atmosphere there. We definitely enjoyed our brunch here and will definitely come back!
