This quaint café is conveniently located along Doña Soledad. You can't miss it because it has a very eye-catching entrance as seen in my photo. Parking is available in front of the café but can only accommodate 4 cars at most. The inside looks like an old house turned into a café. They kept the original Capiz windows and placed a lot of yellow light that makes you feel like you're in the streets of Ilocos. Being lucky enough to live close to The Kapetol, I got to spend several nights now just taking it all in. Whether you're looking for unique coffee blends and flavours, somewhere to pass the time with friends, or good vibes and great food (try their sausage with waffles!), you won't be disappointed here. It's still a hidden gem here in its cozy Parañaque spot, but I really think it won't stay hidden for long. Until then, it's my own quiet corner amidst the busy-ness of the streets outside.

Such a cozy place however you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while/updated I could feel the dirt clinging to me while I was sitting and spotted a mouse. Dogs are super friendly and food is always a 5/5 here (portion & taste!) best pesto I’ve ever had since moving here from the US even expensive restaurants here don’t compare the quality of food I’ve had in Kapetol! With that said, I hope they get it steam clean and detailed clean especially the shelves and decor so that this place can remain open for a long time :)

Great comfy and spacious coffee place in a huge restored old house. Prices are very reasonable but cash/gcash/bank transfer payments only. Hope to come back soon and try the food.
