The ambience is one of the things people look at when looking for a place to dine. Karruba absolutely nailed it. Its rustic vibe blends in with the beach tourism. Although this place was a bit off road, it's still walkable though, and being a little uphill makes it more touristy. The coffee and breads were absolutely tasty! We had the egg tart and strawberry donuts. We also had matcha and vanilla latte which were both satisfyingly good! The mommy / auntie cashier was very friendly and hospitable. Came here for brunch around 12 on a Thursday. There were a few tables and counter tops open, all of which are self-seating to first come. You order at the counter and pick-up when your order is ready. We ordered Beef Tapas, French Toast, Matcha with Oatmilk, and a normal Matcha. We also ordered Butter Croissants and a Cinnamon Roll for take-away. Our Matchas did not taste right when we first took our sips, but they came to us and said they forgot to add flavored syrup.
