Ordered Noche Buena package for 3-5pm delivery on the 24th. They made us wait until 12mn telling us it's already prepared and already for dispatch. By 2:30 am of the 25th, they just issued a refund. They have very rude and arrogant social media operators. They started deleting reviews in their FB page. We ate instant noodles and buttered bread for noche Buena. They are so unprofessional. They think that just issuing a refund can make up for ruining Christmas meals with friends and families. May they get the karma they deserve. Don't give this place another chance to ruin gatherings.
