May be manager or supervisor think to do advance order so it will not take long choosing order when they arrive in cashier hmm really service in Philippines are decline need proper training. People don't go to fast-food to waste time that's why they called fast food it should be fast service

Kfc rockwell, please be advised that one of your manager is rude and unprofessional. She served undercooked chicken chops to me and I asked to change it. She served another chicken chops and still undercooked! I complained about my food but she kept on saying that; that's how your chicken chops looks and taste like! I usually order that food and that's not how it tastes like. I am beyond disappointed and unsatisfied, she gave me a meal that I don't even like for the replacement of that "chicken chops". Because there are now quite a number of restaurants that serves chicken, it’s been more than a yr since we last had kfc chicken &, we were sssooo looking forward to indulge on it again sana. We ordered for bucket of 8pcs before 6pm today thru GrabFood which we hope to have for dinner. Trusting that they still keep their standard on chicken parts in their chicken bucket, we did not bother to indicated what chicken parts we hope to have. Didn’t realise I was meant to be a supervisor. Maybe if you need me to check my order every time you should pay me for all the work I’m doing. Missed one whole zinger burger meal and gave me a 1 piece chicken instead of two. Had crackheads in America serve me more accurate orders.

Very poor quity rubbish. I ordered a twister combo & was told to wait 5 minutes and I was the only person at the store I thought this was fine because I was hoping the meal with them be safe to meet piping hot instead the Twister that I received was made up of garbage chicken scraps that you can barely call chicken and it was served at a dangerously unsafe cool temperature. The fries were warm and the post mix soft drink was flat and the CO2 need replacing. Absolutely disgraceful poor quality food you would not want to waste your money in this very poor quality store. Total waste of money …
