WORST KFC BRANCH EVER! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WITH KFC. THE FLAVOR SHOTS THAT WAS SERVED TO ME WAS NOT A STANDARD PROPORTION TOO SMALL TOO FEW! I don't know why but I don't think that they want to provide good customer service, they were fast on preparing the orders but give wrong order and the cashier was too slow too. I get that she is new but she's too prideful to ask her coworker for something she does not know and make customers wait too long. AND THE KIOSK FOR ORDER TAKING WAS NONSENSE, WHEN CASHIER TAKE OUR ORDER SHE SAID IT IS NOT AVAILABLE!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!!

KFC Mall of Asia is so busy and they are short of staff, I salute the staff for doing a great job despite the amount of pressure they have to deal with.

I love the food as well but the waiting time is not great as other branches as well. The time was reached 45m-1hr to get the food ready also they have few staffs as well because of that, we have to wait for a long time. I heard that one customer cancelled their order because it was taking too long to serve.

Disappointing. Their regular chicken isn't flavorful and their hot and crispy chicken is still worse than that of Jollibee or McDonald's. They also ran out of gravy. Their sundaes are not as good as their competitors. Most egregiously, their self-service machines won't accept cards and thus lining up for them is redundant, which made us waste a lot of time. And their lines are extremely long.
