Store has no service water and was given a reason to lessen the contact during this pandemic. Other kfc store offers it and they keep insisting to buy the bottled water instead. Im an wonderering whats the difference of serving the drinks on a cup and serving a water on a cup, will that make a difference.. Lastly service is very poor, staff and even manager is so rude in responding customers.

The 1 star is generous because it deserves a branch of -1000. Bad attitude of the crew, including the manager. Or customer service. Very rude to talk to the customer. And the food, only chicken wings are available. Sloppy I wish it was Sara. The cashier spoke sarcastically. The branch is dirty and looks outdated. My day is ruined.
