10 or more years ago KFC is much better in size of Chicken and in flavor, also the gravy is way different now, this branch is not that big, I usually order for take out or delivery thru Grab only, seldom for dine in. I wonder why it was pinned on the wrong location when I first searched for it, I don't know if it was located there before and was just transferred.

I'm not a rich kid, but we often eat at KFC. This is the first time I encountered this branch. As you can see, I ordered Large fries and so on, but what's in the picture doesn't seem like a Large size to me. Actually, before taking it, I was hesitant to return it but asked if it was for a large size, and the dispatch (girl) and the manager (girl) said yes, it was for large. Disappointed! I received a bad service from one of your crew last night August 19, 2024. 1900H. After more than half an hour of waiting for our take out order. I decided to follow up my order. Take note I was standing in front of the crew. Not bothering them not saying anything for half an hour: Me: I want to follow up my order. KFCs have really bad service, so just imagine how low my expectations are. Weekday dinner… they ran out of Chicken and they didn’t even inform anyone. They stopped taking orders for original recipe chicken and crispy took 20mins! They also ran out of diet soda and their ice cream machine kept beeping non stop. Pls stop taking Grab/Delivery orders if your staff can’t handle it. Impossible to recommend this place. No wonder Popeyes was super busy. I think only Diwata’s Ciken can save this place. If you craving for KFC, pls go to another branch. This one is hopeless.

We dine in here with my friends but ended dissapointed. When I ordered, there was a missing piece of chicken, drinks and mushroom soup. The service are the worst, never again to KFC vista mall.
