We always order directly from the KFC website and out of all the times we ordered, they never got our order right! I appreciate that they always note our request of leg & thigh, but every single time we order, something is missing or wrong. Good thing they are responsive when we call their store to change / deliver the missing items, but it’s very inefficient and wastes time of the rider. Just tonight the rider came to our house, left before even ringing the doorbell (I assume he realized either something’s missing or spilled in his bag), then came back 10-15mins later. When the food arrived…

Go to fast food. Not so crowded. I'm concern of the lack of service crew for clearing out the table, as I saw guards are sometimes the one who's clearing it out. (I'm not sure of the background)

Decent service and food here. Ordered the limited edition Spinach Zinger here and it was very decent, but the drive through experience was not the best. The ramp was a little too high to risk driving there using a sedan. There was also smell upon entering the drive through area (akin to the 11 herbs and spices that you smell from their chicken). Thankfully there was someone to help you get through the drive through area and help you minimize the risk of damaging the car going through the ramp. Waiting time took me around 10 minutes which was also decent.
