Customer service is okay only, staffs are busy with preparing food, so they are taking that much lag for taking the orders from customer. My favourite is Chicken chops combo and Sisig Rice Bowl. Especially their Sisig Rice Bowls sausage is tasty and their mushroom soup also. Whenever I'm asking dessert's this shop it won't available especially ice creams.

Of all the KFC I've been to, This place had the greatest customer service. Whenever I came here the crew were very friendly but some of the aircon was leaking so some of the seats got wet I went to this place when they just opened and it was already leaking then. The cr was clean I hope they keep it that way.

This is the KFC Times branch, not the Casmiro branch like others said in the reviews. There's no drive through here in this Times branch now. Always go here for the fried chicken and the mushroom soup. Tried the new red hot and crispy. It's not so hot as it should be but tastes good more than normal fried chicken. Burgers are not good. Service is sometimes really bad especially in the evenings. Mostly the staff will be busy preparing food for deliveries and we have to wait more time. Some staff will be just sitting at the table and talking.

Its hot inside its like AC is not turned on. Service TAT is a bit slow than usual. They also dont take cards for some reason.
