If I could rate it 0 star, I would. Poor customer service, we waited for 20 minutes for them to bring our food. The cashier did not give me a number for my takeaway order so I had to go back and forth to the counter to check if my order is ready. It’s Valentine’s day and we wasted 20 minutes of our time here. They did not even apologize. The manager called twice if the nuggets is ready, but it still took it them that long to prepare our order. And the most infuriating part is THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE DRINK IN THE PAPER BAG! I have paid for that drink so I feel so cheated. Poor customer service…

I would like to file a complaint regarding my order. I ordered rice bowl with mashed potato but you ended up giving me corn . I also ordered nuggets with fries but you gave corn again. You did send only food without getting me informed. How incompetent is that? I dont eat corn, what will I going to do with this stuff. I also demanded cutleries but you never send me one . So dissappointing. I can send you proof of purchase and items I got .

I dont know why KFC Quality Service dept did not do anything about this store, 1. Online orders always incomplete 2. Dine in experience is so unpleasant as you will feel unwelcome 3 Crew and Manager are very unprofessional no manners by the way what happened to your smile detectors project? 4.Closing time- it is like all crew does not want to serve you as they are thinking of going home lol even as early as 8pm. 5. The PWD is way better accompanying the customer rather than the crew and manager, A PWD is much more approacheable than the crew and manager I dont know what happened to your serv…

Disappointed! 😖😖My Son was craving KFC so i ordered tru food panda.My order was 1bucket of chicken 8pcs/2 bucket of fries.. We received the food and it’s chicken was so Dry as in dry talaga tapos ung 8pcs na chicken lahat breast part as in lahat walo na breast part.,then ung FF same also DRY like super dry and hard to chew, the texture same as the left over fries…
