We just visited this store then we spend a lot of time to place our order. It's a long queue not because there's a lot of order but because of too much talking of the staff and even their superior kept chatting and teasing to their staff. It takes 20 minutes before our turn. I'm so disappointed with this kind of service , compared with Filipinos working abroad specifically in the food chain industry.

Packed most of the time but can easily get accommodated. No ice cream, my fav.... Update.... Aug 7, they now hv their rich creamy ice cream yum!

I order 30pcs 1pc chicken with 3addtl large gravy pick up last sept 19, 2020 at KFC sta rosa only to find out NO extra grabe na kasama which i paid it also the extra gravy.
