Please do make sure your order kiosk are all working, cashless payment is available all the time. Ordering on the screen is nonsense if i need to line up again on the counter. This new system of ordering is nonsense at all. Also, one employee still do not know how to use the cashless payment. Make sure to train them properly.

Small peice chicken for SC. Customers I guess. Mushrooms soup too thin, ..no mushroom. Almost Always a hard times to open cane syrup and soup bowl in KFC Area not well ventilated and hot

don’t go here. i went to this kfc and ordered from a service crew named Yhen and she was annoying. i told her that i wanted a garlic butter chicken twister but she kept insisting on another food of theirs so i pointed on the menu behind her but she STILL kept correcting me from what i actually wanted to order. she didn’t even let me speak and kept talking over me. as i got my order, 3/4 of the twister was empty. i am extremely disappointed. waste of money.

An employee wearing gray, which I presume as the supervisor was so loud while we were eating. She was talking about marijuana and several other unprofessional topics with the crew. Other crews would also shout and scream at each other while conversing during my whole stay. They were also blasting loud music. Freaking unprofessional, my meal was ruined from all the overstimulation I was getting from their noises. I'm currently still here and couldn't eat my food due to annoyance while one female crew plays tiktok in full volume.

Please train your crew to be nice next time. To be specific your crew’s name is Yhen with an eye glasses. She did not accommodate us nice and well. She is very irritating. Nakakawalang gana na kumain. So embarrassed
