This always has fewer people than the other fast food chains so I always prefer this than Mcdo or Jollibee.
Ordered the promo 95 pesos funshots with ice tea, got mashed potatoes instead it's not even the Famous Bowl one, they gave me a regular mash potato.
The speed of service is so-so, and the cleanliness is... I could not determine where that smell was coming from. Regardless, the food is delicious, and the experience would have been great if not for the ambiance and waiting time.
The slowest service in the world (the lady at the counter needs more sleep), mediocre food (the zinger only had the chicken skin and barely any meat). And why are the trays so slippery and bent. I suggest SM replaces that kfc with a Mercury drug branch, their food is so bad im suggesting to SM to replace them with a rival to SM.
