Too many Manila KFCs overcook their chicken. This time I specifically asked for chicken that was not dark brown. What I got was in parts almost charcoal. Speaks to the need for retraining and maybe clean oil. Update. Seems to have been noted. I have noticed a lot of improvement recently. Gave another 2 stars. Good portion sized Bucket Meals.

We ordered from KFC Libertad through Grab. Unfortunately, the food arrived soaking wet in the mushroom soup that we ordered, which were not sealed properly. Upon contacting their branch, KFC Libertad's employees were kind enough to address our concern and give us a new set of our orders in proper packaging. I appreciate their prompt response. I hope that this serves as a learning experience to food handlers and buyers alike.

Incomplete menu, hopefully the management could post all food items. Also mejo mahina ang ventilation better pa mag al-fresco. More power

There is no water for hand wash no rest room , not clean. Most of KFC i visited in philippines just made me think is it international brand?
