Bad experience! Worst staff and unsanitary branch! Doesn’t accept gcash, maya, or any card payments. Just cash. Dirty tables! Very messy and looks unsanitized. No utensils available when we dined in. Gravy refill is always empty. Staff are rude. Knowing it’s around 4-5PM, there are few people dining in but the place looks so dirty. Food are also not prepared. Most of the food on the menu, you have to wait for 30 mins. The only thing that are available are funshots and the burger and the serving is very little!!! (Wasn’t able to take a pic). Not worthy of my money. 125 for few pieces of hots…

I love KFC. We love KFC. But the staff in this branch is very terrible. They don't how to apologize. :( 1. The first time we dined at this branch was so embarrassing. It is been almost 30 mins since we ordered so we followed up. Surprisingly our order has not yet been prepared and maybe the reason is the receipt was lost. The crew is nice and they also give what i want (extra spoon, plate and syrup). The food is also delicious and nicely served. My only problem is the place is too hot to think its already 7 in the evening and it is not the first time i eat here. And every time go on this specific branch, it always hot. Is the air-condition not working? Thank you. And i hope you take action on this matter. Again, thank you!

I really disagree with the way your staff treats customers fairly. At this specific branch, I asked for a little more gravy and was told to wait while they prepared it. It is obvious that I have been waiting for a while, but the staff keeps ignoring me, and then another customer comes in and gets his gravy immediately. I understand how challenging it is to work in a fast-food restaurant, but if possible, treat all customers equally. I had a really bad customer service in one of your branch in SM Manila. At first the ordering queue is long but I understand it's after lunch. One of your manager Chris and the server girl had a really bad attitude. Your server ignored me even though my order number is is ending in 4 and she's calling the order number ending in 7.
