It looks like the counter crew together with the counter manager are so tired already. Their face mask is hiding how they are really tired. We don't see how they are happy on how they serve and assist the customers. The Chicken size is frustrating. Please see my picture. This is my review in KFC outlet along Quezon Avenue near Capitol Medical Center hospital.

Love the modern and trendy layout of this branch. It’s very warm and inviting inside and is a good place to meet for meetings because it is not crowded considering the number of offices and call centers in the area. It’s nice that they serve standard quality of products. They don’t have restrooms here but at least they have a wash area.

3 stars edit for dine in..so average of 2 stars for drive thru and dine in..friendly helpful staff Dirty cr 1 star..Drive thru:Very long waiting time and still made a mistake of not putting our ordered extra rice.. palpak

January 13, 2024 I've ordered a 1 regular meal . I was so shocked because they served my order incorrectly. I entered on the screen was d Dine-in but they served it as take out . I am so very disappointed that time because i expected the good service from them. Honestly i love KFC but the incident changed it. I hope it will never happen again.

We ordered and pay through their kiosk thinking that we don't need to do anything. We waited for 15 minutes before we follow up for our order, little did we know we are waiting for nothing. Our order doesn't show up to their system. Employees who handle our concern turned their back at me then asked if we can wait little longer, of course not, we waste so much time. We just wanted to eat since it is already lunch time. Now they came up with a resolution to refund our payment, and yet we need to wait again. Even the manager itself, seems like they don't know how to handle worst case scenarios…
