KFC mandala is spacious, it has a massive parking lot.. the staff here are courteous and efficient.. but during the time we were here I notice that the hand sanitizer bottle was empty good thing I had my own hand sanitizer and the protocol for temperature checking was not followed, moreover I saw one their staff in the kitchen, he was not wearing his mask properly and lastly some areas here were not cleaned properly.. but overall I still love KFC.. Spacious KFC branch in Mandala Bay Park in Shaw Blvd., in Mandaluyong City. A big fan of their brewed coffee and Zinger burgers. Was surprised to not that it is a 24 hour joint, not even knowing KFC operates them.

"24 hours" but truly a wreck. A KFC without chicken, tables are full of used plates and utensils from previouse customers. Staff prioritizes drive thru instead of dine in costumers and super slow service maybe because lack of staffing Not recommended for late night eats 👎

Good Day KFC Kalentong, i just want to say that you need to taste first your product like Nestea before you sell it to other taste was like Zonrox. So very dissappointed!!!

We all know all the fast-food chains serve the same food, same way of cooking. So, we don't expect the other branch have tastier food than the oher. The only difference is the people of that branch how they will handle the custoner and how they make their branch a welcoming one. Well, this branch, failed on those. Horribly. First, their branch looks like it came from a 1980's horror set because it's visible darker than usual branches.
