It was incredibly noisy inside when I visited. The food and service was OK overall. The dimsum was at least steamed hot. Fish fillet tofu hotpot is my least favorite. Duck was good. Update 2024-06 There was a time last month when congee wasn't it's best dish, but there was definitely an improvement this month when I visited.

Quality of food is still good but portions are much smaller than before. Order during promo time to make the most out of it.

Used to go here before the pandemic when their promo hours was a tad later at around 9pm and I lived about an hour away so it was quite an effort. In my most recent visit, taste was a little off. They had fewer staff and fewer customers too considering that it was a Saturday evening. Maybe everyone is in their Quezon-West Av branch which is always full. CR is not so clean and very wet. I don't think I'll bother to go to Banawe anymore and just visit their other newer branch.

I was just craving for something hot and savory when I come across this place. I asked my husband to drop by and ordered a takeaway. We had a bowlful of lomi, asado siopao, and pork and shrimp siomai. The siomai is a bit pricey. The lomi was flavorful and an order is good for 2. I love how they packed the food for takeaway. They also deliver if you want your food delivered. I dont know how is the experience dining in. Well, we might try next time.

Review as of October 2024 The place was busy on a weekend but plenty of seats were still available. Like most Chinese restaurants, they offer plenty of selections. Food arrived within just a few minutes of waiting. Prices are affordable. It is recommended to share if you get more than one item from the menu. Parking can be difficult on weekends.
