Their tendon was not that good but their free soup was tasty, unlike what is served in Mang Inasal whereas you can really tell that most of the time it was siningang mix only. The tendon meal I got was okay but not that good flavorwise. Do try the tawilis because their tawilis is better than what I had when I ate in a carinderia located in Mahogany Market Tagaytay.
We didn’t try their sisig, but we ordered pork BBQ and Beef bistek, and we thought they were pretty good. The soup that comes with the menu was tasty too, so I would still give it a good review based on that. I just hoped that they would give us a bottled ice tea, because I don’t know what kind of water they would use in making those as I’m a bit sensitive with tap water.
Food is good. Service is A-okay. The manager is a bit dull, but maybe it's because he hasn't eaten yet. We ate there at 2pm, he called a woman to take our orders. That one girl is kind and approachable. That was our only concern. Other than that, food is fine. It was served hot and quickly.
I might give this a good rating in terms of cleanliness and service. But I noticed a difference in their sisig from the time I tried it before; it became mushy. Their soup is savory though.
The place is nice, but I don't like the food, the sisig is very hard when the pork skins are overcooked and toasted too much and it's like I'm eating gravel, it hurts my teeth. He is no longer the old sisig king that I used to go back to. Looks like I won't be coming back here
