I never thought I'd feel at home at a hotel. The staff is amazing. The food is never bad. And the room is spacious and comfortable. In the Philippines this location exceeded all expectations.

We went for lunch in the Kingley.in restaurant. The place is good, toilet is clean. The salmon steak with mix veg was perfect. The best lunch I ever had since we arrived from overseas. It was quite expensive but it was worth it. My husband ordered gin and tonic drink, and when I checked the bill, there was also tonic water charge and I asked the waitress and she said the water in the glass was tonic water. Actually, we did not order the tonic water. So I told my husband better drink the water because it cost him P120.00. When he drank it, it was not Tonic.but only cold tap water. I w…

Wasn't able to book here, but the dining experience was excellent. Not so busy when we had dinner here. Resto has a pool table, and live music towards the end of the week. I had their Australian Striploin, which was served with pepper sauce, veggies and a side. The beef was very tender and melts in your mouth. Their pork sisig is reminiscent of that of Gerry's Grill. Good to have with a beer or two. The wife had Chicken Parmigiana, served with veggies and a side. Must have been good since she was able to finish her serving, which was very rare of her.

The room AC is spectacular. The rooms also come fully stocked with some sodas and beer. Food downstairs is pretty decent in my experience. Everybody has told me its got pretty decent food. Most of all, the staff has been really friendly and professional. I accidentally asked the bellman for some extra water and he obliged to serve me.

The only thing that would make the hotel better is if they had an elevator and maybe a microwave in the room. Walking the stairs is great exercise, but if you have a lot of luggage or a large family, it tends to be a bit much. Otherwise, great staff, amazing room and CR, awesome food in the restaurant. I can't wait to come back for another stay.
