Discover! Let's have late lunch at @emersfoodcenter in #MakatiCentralSquare. Emer's opened in 1982 and is known for introducing Cuapao to the Philippine market. Patatim and Lomi are some of their specialties. On the table: Fried Squid with Garlic Sauce, Pancit Canton, Buttered Chicken, Lohanchai, Fried Rice, Camaron. Drink: Calamansi Juice with sugar syrup on the side. Ask the old folks of Makati and neighboring cities, one restaurant stands out in the nostalgic Makati Central Square (Makati Cinema Square) for affordable, no frills, Filipino-Chinese cuisine. 📍Emer's Food Center, GF Makati …
You're also going to love their Fried squid with garlic sauce paired with their Bihon Guisado and Crab Rice! Try them now!
Comfort food galore! Don’t miss their Cua pao, patatim and garlic chicken. 😋 Emer’s the only reason you will come to this seedy mall. Order for curbside pick-up.
This is humble Chinese restaurant inside Makati Central Square. The prices are quite reasonable, and they serve typical “Filipinized” Chinese comfort food. The staff were friendly and efficient. Serving time was reasonable too — less than 15 minutes for our order of Lomi, Oyster Cake, Lemon Chicken, and rice. The place is also clean.
Very reasonably-priced Chinese resto - only accepts cash and gcash. I'd avoid the iced tap water but you can avail of the complimentary service tea. Beef broccoli is good, the hot and sour soup is tasty too. We normally eat at neighbor Aida's for inasal - but this is equally good for Chinese food.
